Booking your appointment
You can schedule your visit any time through Doctolib, our online booking system. Appointments can be made for yourself or a family member. When booking, please let us know your preferred language.
You’ll receive a confirmation and visit reminder with everything you need to prepare.

Before you arrive
- Complete and send us the privacy form before your visit (recommended)
- Let us know your preferred language (English, Italian, or French)
- Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in comfortably
- If needed, we also offer teleconsultations and home visits — ask our staff for more information

What to bring
- A valid ID
- Any relevant medical records, test results, or prescriptions
- Your insurance card (especially Cigna or Healix, if applicable)
- Your preferred payment method
